Alaska Ciderwork’s Mango cider is a balanced tropical cider, with notes of fresh mango, guava, pineapple, and citrus.
The original recipe was created by Christophe Venot, a well-known local homebrewer from Anchorage, Alaska. In an unprecedented victory, this recipe was the first non-beer to win the Golden Carboy. As a result, we scaled up with minor adjustments and went full sail to the tropics.
